New Customer Application Agreement:

IN CONSIDERATION FOR SERVICES REQUESTED, I WILL ACCEPT AND COMPLY WITH ALL CODES, REGULATIONS, AND ORDINANCES NOW OR HERINAFTER IN EFFECT CONCERNING USE AND PAYMENT FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE.

THE OWNER/CONSUMER SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD METRO WATER SUPPLY AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE INSTALLATION, CONNECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER SERVICE LINES BEGINNING AT THE WATER METER BOX.

THE HOMEOWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LATERAL SERVICE LINES FROM THEIR STRUCTURE TO THE METER CONNECTION ON METRO WATER’S MAIN SERVICE LINE.

Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, & Discover
  • Automatic Draft (ACH)
  • Check
  • Money Order

Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and payment is due on or before the 16th. If the 16th should fall on a weekend or holiday the payment is due by the next working business day. All payments received after this time or partial payments paid will be assessed a $10.00 late fee. Delinquent accounts are subject to additional fees.

All returned payments will be assessed a $25 return payment fee.

New Accounts

We do not require deposits for our new customers. However, all new accounts are required to pay a onetime non-refundable application & setup fee. This fee is waived for active duty military. Military ID or waiver letter must be presented to our office.

Refund Policy

Refunds issued at merchants discretion. Reasons for a refund will be limited to:

Account drafted incorrectly with no future service to apply the remainder to
Credit on account with no future service to apply the remainder to

Returned Payments

All returned payments will have a $25.00 fee added to the balance. A late fee and a disconnection fee may apply if the returned payment makes the payment delinquent. The compensating payment can only be made in the form of a money Order or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Service cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days in advance of departure. To cancel service please complete theĀ Discontinue Service Request Form. Requests made by phone will not be processed. If left on, billing will continue to new address or until new residents take over.

If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you are sharing a computer with anyone you should always log out before leaving a site or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users.

All messages received from our clients and business partners from our website are kept completely confidential and are never shared with parties outside of Metro Water Supply without your express permission unless required by law enforcement.
